Terms and Conditions 

(Terms & Conditions shall be deemed accepted once you order / purchase any item from Dhong Hua).

• Free Delivery for purchase of RM100 and above in Penisular Malaysia or for self pick up at Klang Valley.

• Estimated Postage charge for 1 item (unless otherwise stated):
- RM8 (Peninsular M’sia)
- RM15 (Sabah & Sarawak)

• FULL PAYMENT is required upon confirmation of order. No deposit will be accepted. 

• FULL REFUND will be made for item(s) that is/are Out of Stock.

• No exchange or refund of items. Kindly check details provided.

• No cancellation or refund request after payment is made.

• Item (s) will be delivered on the coming Monday upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT. Items will reach you in within 14 working days. You will be duly informed should there be any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during postage.

• Pictures shown may vary from the actual products.
